The company COLOMBA is born in 1986, in a garage next to the Finosello in Ajaccio.the ravioli and the brocciu (Corsican cheese) was the first handmade created by its founder, Christian Balzano. After 30 years of existence, Colomba adapted itself to the new buying methods aand offers a variety of products ranges : fresh pastas, dry pasta, mixed salad, inspired by corsican flavours.
The company tries to innovate by offering new tatses to its pasta by seeking its inspiration in the Corsican flavours.
