True to its environmental policy, CORSICA linea has also dedicated energy, expertise, and significant financial resources to accelerating the greening of its fleet. From connecting ships to shore power in Marseille to significantly reducing their air emissions, numerous investments have already been initiated within the fleet to actively respond to constantly evolving regulatory challenges. In 2023, CORSICA linea’s commitment intensified with the deployment of a major environmental transition plan, combining sobriety in ship operations, energy efficiency across the entire fleet, and the gradual use of decarbonized alternative fuels.By the end of 2024, the first actions implemented will lead to a 15% reduction in CO2 emissions per nautical mile, compared to 2022 – our reference year.CORSICA linea's goal is clear: to reduce CO2 emissions by 40% by 2030 (compared to 2022) and to approach carbon neutrality by 2040.
