L’Atelu Corsu is a delicatessen family business which is based in Ajaccio. She aimes to give the delicatessen her reputation back, in Corsica. Her strategy is to combine the traditional skills and the new technologies. Since 2010, Valérie et Jacques François Milesi, tried to realize their parent’s project, by actively participating in the development of the family business.
They produce Coppa, Lonzo, dried sausage, Figatelli and panzetta. Moreover, they are member of « Cunsorziu» of the Corsican seasonal workers who got the IGP and certified in VPF and BIO on the whole its production.
L'Atelu Corsu, is also a Business who is united to its community because during the pandemic they immediately helped the one in the need, by offering food to the Food Aid of Ajaccio.
